This is a most awesome ride, especially for an autumn Saturday. We will hit some great, quiet roads leading from the Dupont Circle neighborhood to parts unknown in Montgomery County.

After a rest stop at a half-way point in Potomac, we will continue our way until we hit bliss along Beach Dr.

After climbing out of Rock Creek Park, we will finally meander our way through some scenic neighborhood roads in northwest DC before returning to our destination at Mitchell Park.

And, oh yeah, no cars needed, as the ride start is a hop, skip and jump from the Dupont Circle metro.

There will a bunch of rollers, flats and a couple of decent, lung-inhaling climbs ( especially for "BB" and "A" riders).

For those interested, there will be a post-ride meal at a groovy neighborhood cafe.
