Another "classic" from my cue sheet library. We ride to Orlean and back to The Plains in a counterclockwise loop. We repeat virtually no roads from the Dec 1 ride.

There's about a 1/2 mile of dirt on Cannonball Gate Rd. It's never been a problem, but you can walk it if you prefer. We'll regroup at Rt 17. Rolling hills on Crest Hill, Hume, Leeds Manor, Cannonball Gate Roads. The shorter route skips the dirt road.

Quiet roads and great views of the Blue Ridge Mountains through bare trees.
