Routes will vary week-to-week and wander in & around, up & down the hills of Potomac and Seneca. Typical of the terrain in this area, these rides are moderately hilly.

This is a close-in ride with many opportunities to regroup, to cut the ride short, or to go long. For those who may be interested in a shorter ride or skip a hill or two, we provide one or two shorter options.

While we do not formally list "A" or "B" groups for this week's ride, there is always a fast, enthusiastic group to meet your need for speed, as there always is a group interested in a more measured, even pace consistent with the season.

Please park in the lowermost section of the lot, off of Oxford Rd, farthest from MacArthur Blvd. Wonderful heated restrooms are available.
