Routes will vary week-to-week and wander in & around, up & down
the hills of Potomac and Seneca. Typical of the terrain in this area,
these rides are moderately hilly. This is a close-in ride with many
opportunities to regroup, to cut the ride short, or to go long. For
those who may be interested in a shorter ride or skip a hill or two, we
provide one or two shorter options. While we do not formally list "A"
or "B" groups for this week's ride, there is always a fast, enthusiastic
group to meet your need for speed, as there always is a group
interested in a more measured, even pace consistent with the season.
One scheduled stop. No go in rain or on wet roads. Please park in the
lowermost section of the lot, off of Oxford Rd, farthest from MacArthur
Blvd. Wonderful heated restrooms are available. If weather is
questionable check the PPTC website Community/Forum/Ride News for either
Maryland or DC, the Pedalers Google Group, or for a last resort, call.
