We are biking to Herndon with an optional extension the ride to Wegmans in Sterling VA.

Members and non-members of PPTC very welcome.

A helmet are required and sports drink (water), inner tube and pump are recommended. It is suggested that you have a light lock for your bicycle also.

It is a Socializing Ride with comfortable speed, useful information about PPTC, bicycling benefits, and using bike more often for beginners, newcomers and visitors.

(Directions: PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE: Take Metro train toward Dunn Loring or Vienna Metro Stations. From Dunn Loring left on Gallows Rd (better on the sidewalk) to the W&OD Trail and turn left on W&OD Trail (about 3 miles). From Vienna Metro Station take exit left and any street toward Vienna and after crossing Nutley St turn left on Cottage St (2.5 miles).)

After biking an optional lunch at Whole Foods Market - Vienna, 143 Maple Ave by W&OD Trail and VCC.
