** Route shortened due to heat/likelihood of rain (Aug 11th)**<br />Leaving from Wootton High School parking lot 8AM. 40.2 miles, 1780 feet climbing. This route follows some others used in past years. Plan on a 13 mph (CC) pace; rest stops at K2 Cafe in Poolesville and Adventure Playground parking lot in Germantown.<br />There are a few groups starting from the high school around this time.
