Registration Info

Registration is required before Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Payment In Full In Advance Only
Riders will start in waves based on distance and the pace. The first riders will leave at 7:00, starting with the century riders. For each route, we are hoping to sort riders according to pace (faster riders going at an A pace first, then riders at a B pace, then riders at C pace). We want to do this to improve road safety and make for a more enjoyable ride.

Please Observe the Following Rules of the Road:

1. No helmet, no ride. Seriously.

2. Obey all traffic signs and rules.

3. When there is traffic, ride single file. Otherwise, VA law says cyclists may ride no more than two abreast.

4. Be courteous to drivers and pedestrians. We are in their community!

5. Get the phone number for the SAG wagon before you leave.

6. Be encouraging and kind towards other riders; call out obstacles on the road and let people know when you are passing (on their left). Don't be that guy everyone talks about after the ride.

7. Enjoy yourself!

About this event

The Harvest Hundred -- Potomac Pedaler's Newest Fall Event

Sign up for the Harvest Hundred and choose one of three route options: the Harvest Century (105.7miles), the Harvest Metric (62.3 miles) and the Harvest Spin (39.7 miles).  Routes are also available on club's RWGPS website here. All the courses go on beautiful scenic roads; this event was designed so you could pick a course that will be both a good work out and a fun time.

Registration is only available here on the PPTC website.  More information on the routes is available on the club's RidewithGPS page.

Registration is $100 for members and $140 for non-members. Club membership is $35/yr for an individual. There are a limited number of scholarships are available for first-time century riders for whom the registration fee is a barrier to participation. Individuals interested in the scholarship should email pptc.harvesthundred@gmail.com

Registration includes lunch from Monk's BBQ (with vegetarian option). Riders can bring guests who can purchase food separately from the Barrel Oak menu.  A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from Barrel Oak.

Registration also includes a post-ride give-away, in which we will be giving a variety of bike accessories and wine from Barrel Oak.

Registration includes a donation to https://www.bikesfortheworld.org/, which sends rehabbed bicycles to communities throughout the U.S. and the world. Your contribution helps BFW increase access to education, jobs, and markets by providing bicycles that can serve as a basic method of transportation in communities where other forms of transportation are not available.

All routes start and end at Barrel Oak Winery & Brewery in Delaplane, VA.  After the ride, enjoy the view, the music and the offerings at Barrel Oak Winery. The comfortable seating areas and the good food provide an oasis-like environment for riders to relax and celebrate a good day of riding with friends and acquaintances.

Some important nitty-gritty details for the registration process:

- PPTC members,  log in before you register to get member rates.  For  members with  family memberships who are trying to register for themselves and secondary or tertiary members, when you get to the question of “Who is the primary registrant” click the “sign up member” option, then select for the secondary/tertiary family member name.
continue with the registration for this person.

- There is no email confirmation after you register.  You'll hear from us in September before the ride!

- Do not use the Special Registration A, or the Special Registration B without consulting ride organizers for instructions.

- Members of other cycling club registering with the $15 discount should use Partner Club Member option.
