Early start to beat the heat. Starting at Long Park Soccer Field to Mountain Road for ride to Snickersville Road.

Scenic ride to Middleburg on Sam Fred with stop at Safeway (mile 20).

Out over Landmark School and Halfway roads to the Plains and back on Hopewell road over Bull Run Mountain.
