About this event
Birthday ride for Larry & George. You’re welcome to join us for post-ride lunch at the Hamilton Gastro-Pub. Rolling ride on mostly unpaved roads. Expect potholes and washboard and possibility of recent maintenance that could leave loose dirt or gravel on the surface. Recommend gravel or cyclocross tires for comfort and safety. This is intended to be a social/casual ride. I expect to average about 12-12.5 mph. You’re welcome to ride your preferred pace. There will be some regrouping but if you’re concerned about the pace, please bring a ride buddy. Rest Stop at Philomont, mile 18. NOTE the new start location at Hamilton Elementary School.
