Start at South Germantown Park, Blue Kids Activity Park (there is some shade). NOTE: this is west of the Adventure Playground parking area. The route goes north through the Boyds and Clarksburg areas, primarily rural. Rest stop at Clarksburg 7-Eleven, mile 19. I'm anticipating hot/humid conditions, and this is a hilly route, so it's short. We won't drop anyone who can maintain 12.5 mph.
