Please check Norman's 9 am Leave from VMP & Join Friday ride for updates about cancellations. If weather permits we'll go to Bethesda for lunch.
I'll be starting out at Lake Needwood in Derwood and biking to lunch in Bethesda, Rockville, Olney or points elsewhere. I’ll let you know by Thursday of each week where we are going, so check the weekly listing for more information. We try to keep the distance at 30 miles. If the ride will be hilly that week, we usually shorten the distance.
