So we're going to head down to the Woodmont Triangle region of Bethesda and have lunch. We'll return via 355 and Beach Dr.   We'll be doing something special this week. There will be a ribbon cutting at 11 am for the new Lake Needwood path. We'll be there in numbers to support all the work that Montgomery County is doing to build a better bike infrastructure. The total miles this week will be between 15 and 20 miles, and after the ribbon cutting, we'll head down the Rock Creek Trail to Villa Maya for lunch.   I'll be starting out at Lake Needwood in Derwood and biking to lunch in Bethesda, Rockville, Olney or points elsewhere. I’ll let you know by Thursday of each week where we are going, so check the weekly listing for more information. We try to keep the distance at 30 miles. If the ride will be hilly that week, we usually shorten the distance. Lake Needwood (NEE)
