Always a fun ride with much to see. The ride comes in around 38 miles at 1,400 feet of elevation, and it will take us in a counter-clockwise direction around #BikeDC. We roll along the Anacostia, Northwest Branch, Sligo Creek, Rock Creek Park, and Capital Crescent Trails! Meet 10:00 AM East Potomac Golf Course located at 972 Ohio Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024. Wheels roll at 10:15 AM sharp. Water, restrooms, bike pumps at the ride start. Obviously, we will stop along the way for breaks and quick eats at a convenience store. However, I advise bringing your own riding eats. The ride should come in around the 4 hour range at around 12-14 mph range.  I will not be bringing cue sheets. Please print cue sheets out from the ride posting.  NOTE: For those that would like to extend the ride we can ride an additional 15 miles capping the ride out as a 53 mile half-century! Park in the center big lot and meet at the East Potomac Park Golf Center sign down in front of where the Potomac Grill is located. And for those traveling by Metro, take either the Blue, Green, Orange, Silver or Yellow line and get off at the L'Enfant Station. Exit the Station on 7th St SW and head south for about 4 or 5 blocks to Maine Ave SW. Make a right on Maine Ave SW and go about a half-mile and make a left on Ohio Dr SW and travel about a mile and the Golf Course will be on your right.
